Formerly known as "Comvita Honeygar", Comvita Manuka Honey & Apple Cider Vinegar is a sweet tasting combination of naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar and New Zealand UMF 5+ Manuka Honey and bush honey.
Comvita Manuka Honey & Apple Cider Vinegar can be taken as a health tonic or used in salad dressings. The acetic acid within Apple Cider Vinegar gives it its characteristic taste and aroma. Comvita Manuka Honey & Apple Cider Vinegar contains "mother of vinegar", a natural by-product full of enzymes that you wouldn't find in a pasteurised vinegar.
Comvita Manuka Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar combines naturally fermented Apple Cider Vinegar (80%), with raw natural honey (20%) - which is a combination of New Zealand UMF 5+ Manuka Honey and bush honey.
Suitable for vegetarians.
Serving Suggestions: To make a delicious beverage, mix one tablespoon of Comvita Manuka Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar with water, adding lemon to taste. In summer add ice and a sprig of mint. In winter use warm water.
To make a wonderful salad dressing, mix with cold pressed olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and fresh herbs.
Shake well before use. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
