The Tongue Cleaner is an effective way of removing impurities (known in Ayurveda as "Ama") from the tongue. By removing bacteria and toxins, it helps to cleanse the body, removing harmful plaque-causing bacteria from the mouth and giving one fresher breath.

Directions
Start with half a teaspoon and gradually increase to 1 teaspoon. Add to water. Triphala is very bitter.
