We can ship to virtually any address in Europe. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.

Please note we CANNOT guarantee when your order will arrive. During busy times such as the Christmas period, deliveries will take longer.
During Bank Holidays deliveries will take longer as Couriers & An Post do not operate on Bank Holidays.
Sometimes, unfortunately we may be out of stock of a product that you order. If this happens we will call you and either offer you an alternative, refund you or give you the option to have it sent out at a later date.
Unfortunately due to BREXIT there are a number of products out of stock at the moment.
Packaging
We reuse & recycle packaging so sometimes the box that your order arrives in does not reflect the contents. We do our best to keep packaging to a minimum but sometimes we need to use a bit extra to ensure your products arrive safely.
Down To Earth collaborates with Green Bubble to ensure that all of our packing materials are reused. This reduces our carbon footprint whilst adding value to materials already in use.
The packing foam bits that we sometimes use are biodegradable and can be dissolved in water.
From 1 January 2021 we will no longer be delivering to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 4 business days).
